The Bow Valley Literacy Program is hosted by the Bow Valley Learning Council (BVLC) and the Canmore Public Library. It is funded by Alberta Innovation and Advanced Education.
Mission Statement
The Bow Valley Literacy Program will encourage and support adult learners as they work to achieve their goals in reading, writing and communicating effectively in English.
What We Do
We want to help learners feel more confident communicating in English by helping them to meet their learning goals in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
We offer a number of different English classes in both Canmore and Banff. Please visit English Language Learning Classes for more information.
The BVLP also places learners with tutors or in small groups and works with learners to set and work on individual learning goals.
Please visit our website or contact us for more information.
