Join us at the Canmore Library for the Friends of the Library Speaker Series: Edible and Medicinal Plants, presented by Julie Walker.
Julie has been connecting people to nature for over 25 years as an outdoor guide and educator. Learn to enhance your relationship with nature through the edible and medicinal plants; their role in the ecosystem and how our ancestors were taught by the Blackfoot and Nakoda Sioux what plants have offerings to the people as food, medicine and tools.
Event will be held in the Friends Program Room. Admission by donation.
