Join us at the Canmore Library with our friends from the Family Connection Centre for an exciting journey into the world of Loose Parts Play, where children aged 3-6 are encouraged to explore, create, and imagine in an open-ended environment.
Loose parts play is all about using open-ended materials that can be moved, combined, and transformed in countless ways. From sticks and stones to fabrics and cardboard tubes, these materials inspire children to invent, experiment, and innovate without limits.
Our program is designed to foster creativity, imagination, problem-solving skills, and social interaction through hands-on exploration with a variety of materials.
Program Dates: October 8, November 5, and December 3 from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Registration is required, and participants will need to register for each session separately. Registration is found on the Town of Canmore's website.
