Dungeons and Dragons for teens ages 14 - 17 at the Canmore Public Library.
Come and join us at the library for a strategic night of Chess!
Walking babies and toddlers, along with their parent/caregivers, are invited to a half-hour program featuring active rhymes, music, movement and books. We welcome new and experienced parents for a chance to listen, discover new stories and make new connections.
Dragon Club - Dungeons and Dragons for kids aged 8+.
A partnership with the Family Connection Center designed to encourage exploration and play.
Children from birth to walking, along with their parents/caregivers, are invited to a half-hour program featuring finger plays, rhymes, bouncing songs, walking songs and books. This program is a drop in opportunity that welcomes new and experienced parents for a chance to listen, learn and develop new community bonds.
Bring any and all questions about technology to the Library, and we'll try our best to answer them with you. Drop-in at the Library front desk on Wednesday afternoons from 2-4pm.
Children 3-5 years old, along with their parent/caregivers, are invited to a half-hour program featuring rhymes, action-songs, and books. Storytime is also live streamed on Zoom, and we welcome all friends to join us however they feel comfortable.
Bring a pillow and a friend to watch new releases and old favourites at the library every other Wednesday at 7:00pm.
The Friends of the Canmore Library hosts books sales three times a year in March, July, and November. The sales run from Thursday to Sunday, each day with different hours. The first day of the sale is the special advance sale for Friends of the Library members. The other days are open to all members of the public. Sunday is always fill a bag for $10.
